Debbie was born in Chalfont St. Peter’s, Buckinghamshire, UK, and made South Africa her home in June 2000, along with her children — a move she calls “the best ever!”
Her journey in real estate began in 2003 as an administrative assistant. Her passion for property quickly grew, and she soon qualified as a full status agent with Acutts Blouberg. After over two decades in the industry, her passion remains as strong as ever.
Following a short period running her own venture, Debbie partnered with Kevin Proctor and in 2017, they founded Prochipp Properties. What started as a small rental-focused agency has since grown into a full-service real estate business — built on care, flexibility, and honest service.
Today, Prochipp is a close-knit team of nine, including Debbie, Kevin, and their early team member Lorna Worth, proudly assisting clients with every aspect of buying, selling, and renting property.
Co-Founder & Senior Agent
Kevin brings a wealth of experience to the real estate industry, backed by a strong foundation in finance and leadership. He spent 20 years at Nedbank, where he rose through the ranks to become Branch Manager of the Foreshore Branch.
In 1996, Kevin made the leap into real estate, joining RE/MAX as a broker/owner. He later launched his own Acutts franchise in 2002, which he successfully ran for two decades.
With a passion for service and a vision to offer more personal, flexible client support, Kevin co-founded Prochipp Properties alongside Debbie Chipp in late 2017. His calm leadership style, business acumen, and deep market knowledge have been key to the company's growth and trusted reputation.

Lorna joined Prochipp Properties in its early days and has been an integral part of the team ever since. With nearly three decades in the real estate industry, she brings deep local knowledge, trusted experience, and a proven track record in successful property transactions. Over the years, she’s developed a strong focus on commercial and industrial property sales and rentals. She has a strong background in property management — a field where she has built long-term relationships with landlords and tenants. She brings years of industry experience, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to honest, responsive service.
